Responsibilities

Key duties and responsibilities of the Documentation Staff but not limited are as follows:

• Sampling activity of Raw Materials and Packing Materials

• Packing Material – Art work checking, carton, and Shipper etc

• Perform wet and instrumental analysis, UV, GC, Melting point device, Viscometer, Conductometer, Microprocessor, pH

•  meter, Balance, Furnaces, muffles, ovens, Polarimeter device, Centrifuge, Sieve analyzer and Disintegration tester)of raw materials.

• Perform physical testing and chemical analysis of pharmaceutical packaging material.

• Sampling of raw and packaging material according to approved SOPs from warehouse.

• Prepare and standardizes working standards, volumetric solutions, reagents and indicators.

• Calibrate instruments according to work instructions to ensure compliance to standards.

• Follows the approved controlled standard operating procedures, raw materials and packaging material specifications and test methods during test performing.

• Follows the instructions of environmental, Health and Safety.

• Maintain the quality control approved control records related to the daily work.

• Issues and signs test certificates.

• Report and participate in investigation of any OOS case or OOT

• Volumetric and Reagent Preparation

• Glasswares handling
