Designation: Cleaning and Security

Duties & Responsibilities:

Key duties and responsibilities of the Documentation Staff but not limited are as follows:

• Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of all assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, and common areas, Production, store and etc.

• Perform regular cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.

• Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies and report shortages to the supervisor.

• Dispose of waste and garbage in a timely and proper manner.

• Ensure the security of the premises by monitoring entrances, exits, and activities within the facility.

• Conduct routine checks of the property to identify and report security risks or maintenance needs.

• Respond promptly to security breaches, emergencies, or alarms.

• Maintain a log of visitors and vehicle movements when assigned to access points.

• Assist in enforcing company policies related to safety and security protocols.

• Report any suspicious activity or incidents to the appropriate authority immediately.

• Support in setting up and organizing spaces for events or activities when required.

• Follow all safety and operational procedures as per company guidelines.

• Performs such other duties and responsibilities of person. when need arises and assigned by immediate supervisor or manager

Job Requirements

Educational qualification: Equivalent to High School
