Job Description
Key duties and responsibilities of the Documentation Staff but not limited are as follows:
Receiving external production plans and translating to the sub-Ordinator staff of the production department on daily
Work Distribution.
Monitoring of Manufacturing and Packing Activity.
Fill and check the all Record and documents on day to day such as Batch Manufacturing Record and Batch Packaging Record and Daily documents of the department.
Documentation Such as SOPs and SOPs Revisions as Per Schedule.
Shift Planning for Technical Person, Operator, and Workman.
Review and check daily work procedures and output of production
Manpower planning of the production department to ensure that right persons is on the right job.
control of production plans to achieve quantitative and qualitative targets.
To ensure that the products are manufactured and storage according to the appropriate standard operating Procedure in order to obtain the desire quality standards
Safety norms followed in the production department.
