Seeking an experienced Workshop Manager for steel structure fabrication and erection, requiring a strong mechanical engineering background and extensive welding and cutting expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee workshop operations, manage scheduling, lead a skilled team, monitor inventory, ensure safety compliance, and troubleshoot technical issues.
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or in a related field of study
Experience: A minimum of 20 years of professional experience, including 15 years in welding and cutting.
Skills Required:
Proficient in English communication,
Strong leadership and team management skills,
In-depth knowledge of welding techniques, and excellent organizational abilities.
