The Brew House Operator is responsible for execution and monitoring of the brewing process starting from malt throwing till end of wort casking. He performs CIP in a neat and safe work environment, recording and maintaining brewing related data with high level of accuracy.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Take measurements and conduct standardized tests on beer/wort to ensure compliance with quality standards; factors such as Gravity and Ph
• Execute and monitor brewing process and adjust equipment as required
• Operate software and hardware as per SOP
• Communicate SBM when every there is a problem/fault in the process on time
• Prepare ingredients for brewing processing
• Organize and track brewing materials
• Ensure all brewing process is going in safe, efficient and effective manner to attain brewery’s goals and objectives
• Check and execute optimization of process.
• Advise on simplifying process operation.
• Record all the necessary data on the appropriate format on time
• Maintain records of production throughout various processes
• Cross check the accuracy of recorded data
