Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day building operations, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for tenants and visitors.

  • Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair work, both scheduled and emergency.

  • Manage tenant relations, addressing inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner.

  • Develop and implement building policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Maintain  accurate  records  of  maintenance  activities,  tenant communications, and financial transactions.

  • Monitor  building  systems  (e.g.,  HVAC,  electrical,  plumbing)  and coordinate inspections and repairs as needed.

  • Collaborate  with  contractors  and  service  providers  for  specialized maintenance and repairs.

  • Assist in budgeting and financial management for building operations, including tracking expenses and revenue.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.10. Serve  as  a  point  of  contact  for  tenants,  addressing  inquiries  and resolving issues as they arise.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

  • 3+   years   of   experience   in   building   management  or  facilities  administration.

  • Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    Proficient   in   property   management   software   and   MS  Office applications.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
