Duties and Responsibilities:

· Oversee the completion of finishing work on construction projects, including painting, tiling, flooring, cabinetry, and other tasks.
· Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery and installation of finishing materials.

· Supervise and coordinate construction work according to priorities and plans.

· Ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and quality of construction works is standard.

· Producing working schedules for site personnel and monitoring attendance of crew.

· Allocating general and daily responsibilities to daily crews and contractors.

· Supervise the use of resources, machinery, and equipment.

· Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met.

· Proven experience overseeing finishing projects from start to finish.

· Strong knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and best practices.

Job Requirements

Qualification:

Civil Engineering- Sanitary / TVET (Technical and vocational education and training) 

Experience 

· Minimum of 8 - 12 years of experience working in construction, in a similar field.
