Julphar Pharmaceuticals PLC is a joint venture between Gulf Pharmaceuticals Industries (Julphar) U.A.E and MEDTECH Ethiopia, which is involved in the manufacturing of LIFE SAVING Drugs for the local Ethiopian market use as well as for export. Julphar is looking for new candidates with big ambitions, potentials and commitment to improve the quality of life for our end customers. 

Store Keeper is Responsible to perform a day today store keeping operation as per the related SOP & GMP Guidelines.

Main Responsibilities

  • Under the direct supervision of Store Head, The Store Keeper carry out the job of the entire store keeping Activities. 

  • Receives and inspects all incoming materials. 

  • Maintains records of all deliveries.

  • Managing store lauout ,maintaining a clean, organized and safe working environment.

  • Receives and stores documents and confidential files; maintains record of approved document and confidential file destruction. 

  • Insure the the receive storage , record , dispatch and daily management of stock of all packing materials. 

  • Maintains the warehouse, records area and stores area in a neat and orderly manner. 

  • Receive and forward all types of goods and deliveries in and out of the hotel to the correct point of storage area. 

  • Follow all standards for issuing and receiving stock within the store's area of operation.

  • Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly. 

  • Conduct inventory audits to determine inventory levels and needs. 

  • Verify and track received inventory and complete inventory reports and logs. 

  • Insure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.

  • To report work activities to store head and delegated person on a daily basis.

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the management or supervisors. 

Job Requirements

Requirements (Education and work experience): 

  • BA Degree or Diploma in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain & Logistics Management & other related business field and 1/3 years of related work experience.

Skills required: 

  • Basic knowledge of Material management 

  • Good communication skills

  • Problem solving and organizing skills

  • Demonstrate high level of personal motivation and initiative.

  • Ability and willingness to work and participate effectively in a team environment.
