Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop Odoo modules and features using Python.

  • Modify and enhance Odoo workflows to align with business requirements.

  • Develop APIs to integrate Odoo with third-party applications and tools.

  • Identify and resolve technical issues within Odoo to ensure smooth operation.

  • Perform rigorous testing of Odoo modules to ensure reliability and performance.

  • Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for code, customizations, and configurations.

  • Manage updates, migrations, and system optimizations to keep Odoo running efficiently.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)

  • At least 3 years’ experience in IT related roles out of which at least 1+ years of relevant experience as Odoo developer

  • Strong expertise in Python programming with experience in Odoo development.

  • Familiarity with Odoo ORM framework and architecture.

  • Good knowledge of PostgreSQL and database management.

  • Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, and QWeb.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Experience working with development teams in a lean, agile environment is preferred
