Job Description

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment.

  • Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and timely reporting.

  • Approve expenditures and monitor financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

  • Assign tasks and responsibilities based on team members’ strengths and project needs.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including clients and regulatory bodies and Implement quality control procedures to ensure project deliverables meet required standards.

Job Requirements

Qualification

  • BA Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking and Finance /Management/Economics or other related fields.

Experience

  • 9 years of Banking experience of which 3 Years at the supervisory level.
