Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment.
Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and timely reporting.
Approve expenditures and monitor financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Assign tasks and responsibilities based on team members’ strengths and project needs.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including clients and regulatory bodies and Implement quality control procedures to ensure project deliverables meet required standards.
Job Requirements
Qualification
BA Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking and Finance /Management/Economics or other related fields.
Experience
9 years of Banking experience of which 3 Years at the supervisory level.
