Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Social Science, Law, Development Studies, Statistics or in a related field of study with relevant work experience (Based in Addis Ababa with travel to Dessie) Duties & Responsibilites: - Understand the full scope, methodology, and objectives of the LLEARN project.  - Coordinate and oversee field operations for KIIs, SSIs and surveys across all target locations.  - Review and verify the quality of data collected in the field (both quantitative and qualitative).  - Maintain continuous communication with the CEHRO project team, providing regular updates.  - Analyze both quantitative and qualitative data with guidance from the CEHRO team.

Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Statistics, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilites: - Lead and supervise enumerators and field teams during data collection.   - Monitor the accuracy and completeness of collected data on a daily basis.  - Provide regular updates to the Field Coordinator and CEHRO team on field progress, challenges, and key observations.  - Support the training of enumerators and ensure they understand the survey instruments and interview techniques.  - Ensure that informed consent is properly obtained and documented.  Deliverables: - Daily field updates to the Field Coordinator - Clean and validated data collection outputs  - Final report on field operations and lessons learned 

Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences, Law, Business Administration, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience in social compliance or CSR roles Duties & Responsibilities: - Oversee and implement social compliance programs - Conduct regular internal audits and risk assessments - Ensure compliance with local labor laws, buyer codes of conduct, and international standards (e.g., BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX) - Provide training and awareness programs for employees and management - Coordinate external audits and ensure corrective action plans are executed - Maintain accurate documentation and reporting

MA or BA Degree in Sociology, Social Studies, Public Administration, Peacebuilding, Development Studies, Rural development and Local Studies or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Contribute to the roll-out of the MEAL Framework in the field by partnering with the consortium MEAL officers and cross-country program coordinator including the implementation of a result-oriented monitoring system - Support the project team and staff from consortium members in ensuring proper and procedural application of MEAL standards as adhered to project cycle phases - Ensure proper monthly, quarterly, and bi-annual result-based reporting and data collection, and regular collection of information according to the objective (s) and results of the project

Bachelor's Degree in law, social sciences, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - The MEL Officer, under the supervision of and reporting directly to the Executive Director, shall assume the following specific responsibilities for the length of his/her employment with LHR - Create and maintain a sustainable MEL monitoring and reporting system to develop realistic and convenient data collection plans, periodically review data, perform data analysis, and report findings in cooperation and coordination with Activity staff and national partners - Develop data gathering and record keeping systems to monitor performance indicators with quantifiable data establishing baselines, denoting progress, and measure actual results compared to expected results

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Public Health, Gender Studies or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Prepare and develop weekly and monthly work plans for GBV-related prevention activities, ensuring alignment with the overall program objectives and objectives. - Implement GBV prevention and response activities, including fieldwork and community-based programs, ensuring that activities are in line with GBV IASC guidelines and best practices. - Process and maintain accurate case documentation, including case histories, assessments, interventions, and progress reports, ensuring all information complies with confidentiality standards.
