BSc Degree in Nurse, Public Health or in a related field of study(homecare experience preferred) Duties and Responsibilities: - Conducting initial health evaluations and creating individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians - Administering medications and managing pain, ensuring patients adhere to prescribed regimens - Providing wound care, including cleaning and dressing wounds, and monitoring for signs of infection or complications - Monitoring vital signs and overall patient health, updating care plans as needed based on patient condition changes. - Assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and hygiene support. - Educating patients and their families or caregivers on proper home care techniques, disease management, and safety improvements.

BSc Degree in Nursing or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Bedside nursing care to assigned stable patients in the ICU unit based on basic assessment and evaluating the outcomes. - Provide routine care for all patients admitted in ICU (daily bed bath etc.) - Make intake and output chart after monitoring the fluid and electrolyte balance. - Monitoring vital signs and report any deviation from normal to the concerned team leader.
