Role
Monitor and manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
Identify and implement operational improvements to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
Supervise inventory management systems to maintain adequate stock levels of raw materials and finished goods.
Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure all equipment is functioning optimally and safely.
Ensure adherence to all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards at the factory site
Lead and manage factory staff, including production supervisors and line workers, to achieve operational goals.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and promote safety awareness.
Evaluate team performance, provide constructive feedback, and address performance issues as needed.
Collaborate with HR to ensure adequate staffing levels and manage recruitment for factory operations roles.
Foster a positive workplace environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts effectively.
Ensure company policies and procedures are clearly communicated and adhered to by all staff.
Work with the HR team to review and approve time-sheets and ensure accurate payroll processing.
Use production and operational data to inform decision-making and drive efficiency.
Establish and track KPIs to measure the success of operational initiatives.
Provide regular updates and detailed reports on operational performance to senior management.

Job Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is an advantage.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a manufacturing or factory setting.
