Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Supervisor at Metropolitan Real Estate Ethiopia in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing sales team activities, managing customer relationships, providing training to sales staff, and ensuring excellent customer service on a day-to-day basis.

· Experience in Customer Service and Training
· Strong leadership abilities and the ability to motivate a sales team
· Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
· Knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends
· Min 5 years of experience in active real estate sales
· Fluency in English and Amharic
