The Senior ERP Implementer oversees the deployment of ERP solutions, ensuring they align with client needs and expectations. This role involves managing project timelines, configuring systems, and providing ongoing support while acting as the bridge between clients, developers, and stakeholders. Success in this position requires strong project management, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Client Engagement

   • Serve as the primary contact for clients during implementation.

   • Gather and analyze client business requirements, processes, and objectives.

   • Conduct gap analysis and document technical processes, requirements, and workflows.

   • Provide regular project updates to clients and stakeholders.

2. System Configuration

   • Customize workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards to meet specific client needs.

   • Configure ERP systems to align with business requirements.

   • Develop data templates and oversee data migration processes.

3. Collaboration with Development Team

   • Translate client needs into technical specifications for the development team.

   • Ensure seamless system integration and customizations.

   • Test developed solutions and provide feedback to developers.

4. Training and Support

   • Design and deliver training sessions for clients and internal teams.

   • Provide post-implementation support and mentorship to users and new consultants.

   • Ensure effective product utilization through comprehensive user instruction.

5. Project Management

   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and monitor implementations.

   • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

   • Recommend strategies to improve customer satisfaction and support.

6. Issue Resolution

   • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical or functional issues.

   • Conduct regular system audits and implement solutions for smooth operations.

7. Documentation and Reporting

   • Maintain detailed project documentation, including user manuals and performance reports.

   • Generate reports on project metrics and post-implementation reviews.

8. Continuous Improvement

   • Standardize ERP solutions for various industries and sectors.

   • Identify and implement process improvements and best practices.

   • Stay updated on product features, enhancements, and industry trends.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology (CIS, MIS, IS).

• 4-6 years of experience in software development and ERP implementation.

• Advanced knowledge of ERP system integration, module interdependencies, and workflows.

• Proficiency in data migration, including designing ETL processes and ensuring data integrity.

• Strong understanding of SQL, ERP reporting tools, and system architecture.

• Ability to identify significant product gaps and propose practical workarounds.

• Expertise in configuring and customizing ERP modules to meet complex business needs.
