Oversees the entire operations of the manufacturing facility
Planning and coordinating production schedules, machinery, processing, and packaging
Ensuring quality standards are met and products are delivered on time
Managing costs and ensuring operations stay within budget
Enforcing health and safety protocols
Leading a team of personnel and liaising with other stakeholders
Creating and maintaining documentation protocols and operation records
Managing materials replenishment
Managing performance metrics

BSC Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering or a related field, Master degree is a plus
8 - 12 years relevant experience , Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a factory.
Excellent production management, inventory management and quality management skill
Sound knowledge of industry-specific factory equipment.
