The Pricing Manager will oversee the development and implementation of pricing strategies to optimize profitability and market competitiveness. This role requires analytical expertise, strategic thinking, and excellent leadership skills.
Develop, evaluate, and implement pricing strategies across product categories.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor pricing to inform decisions.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align pricing strategies with business objectives.
Monitor pricing performance and profitability, identifying areas for improvement.
Prepare pricing reports and forecasts for management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and market regulations.
Lead and mentor the pricing team to achieve set goals.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 3 years of experience in pricing, finance, or related fields, with at least 1 years in a managerial role.

Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and forecasting.
