Position:- Senior Secretary

Senior secretary's job Responsibilities

Administrative tasks

• Organizing appointments and meetings

• Coordinating travel arrangements

• Screening visitors and phone calls

• Answering correspondence

• Maintaining filing systems

• Preparing reports and budgets

Secretarial tasks

• Transcribing and typing correspondence, reports, and other documents

• Taking dictation

• Providing customer service

• Guiding copy typists and clerks

Other duties

• Monitoring and coordinating activities of assigned personnel

• Providing information, recommendations, and direction to assigned personnel

• Facilitating urgent submissions

• Supervising clerical operations

• Directing clerical staff on policies and procedures

• Preparing minutes and action sheets

• Recording incoming and outgoing letters
