Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Management, Accounting and Finance or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Prepare and submit accurate documentation required for customs clearance (e.g. invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin). - Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transport companies for the movement of goods by sea, air, and land. - Maintain organized records of all shipping, customs, and logistics documents. - Communicate with internal departments (procurement, finance, warehouse) for coordination of logistics activities. - Monitor transportation and customs-related costs to support budgeting and cost reduction efforts. - Assist with inventory planning and stock-level tracking as required. - Track shipments from origin to final destination and ensure timely delivery.

Diploma in Admin, Logistics, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Maritime Studies, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Lead and manage end-to-end freight, transport, and warehousing operations - Develop and implement strategic logistics plans to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness - Oversee shipping operations including import/export documentation and customs clearance

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Logistics, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Preparing, reviewing, and managing all necessary import documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs declarations.  - Ensuring all import activities adhere to international trade regulations, import laws, and company policies.  - Coordinating with customs brokers and authorities to facilitate the smooth and timely clearance of imported goods. 

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Lead all warehouse operations including material receiving, issuing, stock management, and dispatch - Maintain accurate inventory records and implement barcode or digital tracking systems - Oversee storage layout for optimal space utilization and safety compliance
