Prana Events is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead and oversee the sales team, ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies for exhibitions, corporate events, and other B2B initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage team performance, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets to contribute to the company’s growth.

Team Management and Leadership
Supervise, mentor, and guide the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, address challenges, and align on goals.
Train new sales team members on sales techniques, company products, and services.
Sales Strategy and Execution
Develop and implement sales plans for events and projects.
Identify potential clients and new business opportunities in the exhibitions and corporate events sector.
Manage and execute the full sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with exhibitors, sponsors, and corporate clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts and ensure client satisfaction.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
Track sales performance against targets and provide regular reports to the Marketing and Sales Manager.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Analyze sales data and provide insights for improving sales strategies.
Collaboration and Coordination
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment between sales efforts and marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with event teams to ensure seamless planning and execution of client deliverables.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Amharic.
Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret sales data and create actionable strategies.
Tech-Savviness: Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
