Job Description
Title: Sr. HR and Office Admin
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to hire top talents in alignment with company OKRs.
Lead the onboarding process for all new hires and ensure smooth integration.
Manage performance management processes, including performance reviews, employee improvement plans, and recognition programs.
Ensure 100% compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR regulations.
Enhance employee satisfaction by implementing engagement and training initiatives.
Oversee administrative functions, office management, and facility operations.
Prepare HR and admin-related reports for senior management.
Education: BA degree in Human Resources Management or Business Management or related fields.
Experience: > 5 years of relevant experience
Requirements and skills
Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrator or similar role
Basic knowledge of labor legislation
Experience using Microsoft office Applications
Good verbal and written communication skills
