Job Description
Prepare agendas and papers for board meetings, committees, and annual general meetings and follow up on action points and handling correspondence before and after meetings;
Convene and service annual general meetings, take minutes, draft resolutions, and lodge required forms and annual returns with appropriate departments.
Ensure policies, regulatory, or statutory changes that might affect the company are up to date and approved by the committee.
Develop and oversee the systems that ensure the company complies with all applicable codes, in addition to its legal and statutory requirements.
Pay dividends to shareholders and manage share option schemes opted by various shareholders
Qualification: BA/MA in Law/Management/Public Administration/HRM or related field of study
Experience: 9/7 years of relevant experience
NB: Board Secretary is Advantages.
Work Place: Addis Ababa
