Job Description
The job holder is responsible to plan, organize, lead, and control the banking activities of a branch office. S/he ensures that operating procedures, rules, regulations and code of practices of the bank are adhered to by subordinates. The jobholder leads the branch sales and customer service initiatives and guides branch operational excellence. S/he prepares and submits annual budget, operational plan and activity and progress reports. The jobholder participates in various community activities and keeps in close touch with the business community to promote services offered by the Bank.
BA Degree in Accounting, Economics, Management & Business Administration plus a minimum of eleven (11) years of work experience in the banking sector with three (3) years of which in a supervisory position.
MA/MBA in business related fields (added advantage)
Trainings in domestic and international banking operations, credit management and leadership (added advantage)
