Job Description
We are looking for a qualified agency banking and alternative channels officer to work at our Addis Ababa headquarters. In accordance with the bank's digital channels strategy and digital banking roadmap, this crucial position entails overseeing the execution of digital banking activities. Sell the bank's digital services and oversee the prompt resolution of issues pertaining to digital banking operations by collaborating and communicating with branches and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage implementation of digital banking products and services
• Manage implementation of digital banking initiatives as per the digital banking roadmap and digital channels strategy of the bank
• execution of approved digital banking strategies and follow the branch for the channels effectiveness
• Manage agents and merchants' recruitment processes as per the regulatory requirements,
• Follow compliance of digital banking channels with the bank's Policies and Procedures as well as with regulatory directives
• Manage the acquisition and implementation of selected digital channels,
• Communicate and work closely ‘with digital banking stakeholders to market the product
• Follow digital banking service operations at branches
• Responsible for the development, implementation, enhancement and support of the Bank's digital banking products and services.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in digital Financing, or a related area. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous
