Job Description
The Junior MIS Officer at Hijra Bank supports MIS operations by collecting, processing, and analyzing data for accurate reporting and decision-making. Responsibilities include query building, report design, dashboard creation, and ensuring data accuracy and system functionality.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, compile, and analyze data from CBS and other sources for reporting.
Write and execute SQL queries to extract and process data.
Design and develop reports and user-friendly templates for various departments.
Create and maintain dashboards to visualize operational and financial data.
Monitor MIS platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and support upgrades.
Collaborate with IT and other teams to streamline reporting processes.
Ensure compliance with bank policies and maintain data confidentiality.
Job Requirements
Qualification: BA/BSc in MIS, IT, Computer Science, or related fields (graduates from 2022 or later).
Experience: 1 year of relevant experience in query building
