We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to design responsive user interfaces (UI) for both mobile and web applications. The designer will ensure that all designs adhere to usability and accessibility best practices and guidelines. Additionally, the designer will conduct usability tests and other relevant evaluations to ensure optimal user experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing and responsive UI designs for web and mobile applications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.

• Ensure designs meet usability and accessibility standards and guidelines.

• Conduct usability testing, A/B testing, and other evaluations to improve user experience.

• Develop design prototypes, wireframes, and mockups to communicate ideas effectively.

• Maintain a consistent design language across all applications and platforms.

• Stay updated with the latest trends in design, usability, and accessibility.

• Provide design documentation and assets to developers for implementation.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field.

• Minimum of three years of experience

• Proven experience in designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.

• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and usability best practices.

• Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and guidelines.

• Experience in conducting usability tests and analyzing user feedback.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with front-end development tools or frameworks.

• Knowledge of design systems and component libraries.

• Understanding of branding and visual identity design.

• Familiarity with prototyping tools and methodologies.
