Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing and communication Manager to lead our marketing team and drive growth across all regions. This is a key leadership role, responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing and communication plans. Draft and present corporate marketing strategies and activity programs which deliver annual portfolio and brand objectives and targets (such as brand awareness, Increase Brand usage, Corporate Branding, brand imagery, value share, market share), on budget and on time. Management and development of marketing and communication strategy to support cyclical and ad-hoc projects (both external and internal).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive group marketing strategy aligned with the overall business objectives of each company and the group as a whole,

  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and competitive advantage.

  • Able to Identify and apply research tools and techniques,

  • Ability to Analyze and interpret brand data’s,

  •  Project management from brief preparation to project completion,

  • Able to manage all ATL+BTL+TTL activities from planning to the perfect execution and to oversee the creation and execution of campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events.

  • Manage brand activity execution by third-party agencies and suppliers,

  •  Activity Budget management and reporting,

  • Evaluation of the financial impact of marketing initiatives and activities,

  •  Impact assessment pre, during and post of any marketing activity,

  •  Budget: Identify and recommend the annual marketing budget required for each brand in the portfolio to meet the brand objectives and targets.  Recommend the allocation of the approved marketing budget by activity across the brands portfolio.  Ensure that marketing expenditure vs. budget is monitored and reported by brand. 

  • Co-ordinate and manage annual communication schedule.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills. 

  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Experience Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

  • More than 5 years proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within a diverse group of companies or a large organization,
