Duties and Responsibilities

• Test raw milk quality for acceptance 

• Provide advice for farmer on handling of milk 

• maintain legal compliance

• Coordinate milk collection activity

• Ensure Milk cooling facility run smoothly and efficiently 

• Maintain record of Daily quality and Quantity of milk collected.

• Ensure and assist general cleaning of area, wash down bays, walls and complete general cleaning as needed.

• Understand and comply with all QC/Quality Assurance policies, immediately reporting any potential issues to MCP QC

• Report Daily operation to MCP QC

• Maintain good relationship with Supplier 

Job Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Food Science & Postharvest technology, Food Process Engineering, Food Science & Technology, Food Science & Nutrition, Dairy Technology and Applied Chemistry.

• have a proven experience in milk testing and collection.

• Strong work ethic, willing to work long hours during busy season.

• Integrity and a positive attitude.

• Passionate about serving smallholder farmers.
