Diploma or Certificate in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Accounting or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Receive and inspect all incoming materials, supplies, and equipment delivered to the site. - Verify quality, quantity, and specifications against purchase orders and delivery notes. - Reject or report damaged/incorrect deliveries immediately. - Arrange and store materials systematically to prevent damage, loss, or deterioration. - Maintain proper labeling and coding for easy identification. - Issue materials and tools only against approved requisitions.

BA Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Accounting or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Oversee receipt, storage, and issuance of construction materials while maintaining accurate stock records. - Receiving and inspecting merchandise for damage or discrepancies. - Organizing and storing items in an accessible, orderly manner.

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in  Management, Purchasing and supplies Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience

TVET Level 3 or Diploma in Accounting, Supply Chain Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience

BA Degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Business or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Guide user departments on proper purchase request specifications  - Collect Proforma Invoices and presents to the purchase committee for further processing or approval. - Prepares detailed bid analysis based on Proforma Invoices and prepares Purchase Order in the name of selected supplier.

Bachelor's Degree in Procurement & supply management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience.
