Job Description

Job Purpose:
To ensure efficient HR and administrative operations within the organization by handling recruitment, employee relations, office management, and compliance with policies and procedures.

Job Title: HR and Admin Officer

Location: Around Sumitt

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: Negotiable

Duties and Responsibilities:

Human Resources Duties:

  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, screening,

  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

  • interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Maintain employee records, including contracts, attendance, leave balances, and disciplinary actions.

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and health and safety regulations.

  • Assist in payroll preparation by maintaining and verifying attendance and leave records.

  • Support training and development initiatives to enhance employee performance.

  • Address employee grievances and provide guidance on HR-related matters

Administrative Duties:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and service providers.

  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of administrative and HR-related documents.

  • Coordinate with external stakeholders, such as recruitment agencies, legal advisors, and government offices, as needed.

  • Support management in organizing meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining communication with staff.

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field of study

Experience: 2 years of experience

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
