We are looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our finance team and oversee all financial aspects of the organization. Reporting directly to the Corporate Office, the CFO will play a critical role in shaping the financial future of the organization and ensuring fiscal sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve the organization’s goals.

• Establish and maintain financial performance metrics and KPIs to support decision-making.

• Develop financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.

• Manage relationships with banks, investors, and other financial institutions.

• Provide strategic financial advice to senior management.

• Provide financial insights and recommendations to the leadership team for decision-making.

• Lead the finance team, fostering professional development and operational efficiency.

• Develop risk management strategies to protect organizational assets.

• Oversee cost management initiatives to optimize operational efficiency.

• Oversee audits, financial controls, and reporting systems.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

• A Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial management role, preferably in [transportation, import/export and real estate industry].

• Strong expertise in financial planning, analysis, and risk management.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Experience Requirement

• More than 8years proven experience in senior financial management role, preferably in [transportation, import/export and real estate industry].
