Job Description
As a Brand Ambassador at Infomind Solutions, you will play a key role in increasing our brand visibility and promoting our services in designated territories. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients face-to-face, conducting brand awareness activities, and building long-lasting relationships. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure accurate communication of our services and foster loyalty among clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct door-to-door, face-to-face brand awareness activities and client meetings in assigned regions.
Identify and pursue opportunities for brand visibility through field visits, cold calls, and networking.
Build and nurture strong, professional relationships with potential customers.
Present Infomind Solutions’ services, including job posting and recruitment solutions, clearly and effectively, addressing client questions and concerns.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Report daily and weekly on brand awareness activities and challenges encountered.
Stay updated on the latest product offerings, pricing, and promotions to communicate accurately with clients.
Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and management teams to align strategies and share market insights.

Job Requirements:
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
Experience:
Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles.
Experience in promoting services or products is a plus.
Knowledge or experience with job posting platforms or recruitment solutions is a benefit but not required.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet targets.
Self-motivated and passionate about representing the brand.
Comfortable using mobile technology for reporting and communication.
Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to handle challenges professionally.
Flexibility to travel to different areas as needed.
