Educational Background in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Maintain recruitment channels, optimize recruitment processes, and improve recruitment efficiency and candidate quality - Assist in employee onboarding/offboarding procedures, file sorting and other basic HR work - Cooperate with the team to complete administrative chores and other ad-hoc work arrangements
