OLA Energy Ethiopia Limited is a Company engaged in the distribution of Oil and Gas Products in Ethiopia. We would like to recruit an Industrial and Wholesale Manager, who can join our diverse and talented team. We offer an environment where development, challenge, and recognition are encouraged. Here is what we are looking for.
Major Duties and Accountabilities
Manage overall development and implementation of sales strategies and marketing plans to deliver sales growth and market share objectives for each of the commercial product lines and channels – Fuel and Lubricants in the Industrial and Wholesale channels like Construction, Manufacturing, Aviation, Cement, Mining, Power, etc.
Provide team Leadership through supervision, direction and coaching to a team of five Industrial and Wholesale Territory Managers to enable each member to achieve agreed objectives.
Hold overall accountability for Industrial and Wholesales sales results including volumes, revenue and margins; timely collection of trade accounts receivable, planning and forecasting.
Responsible for all budgeting and expense control within Industrial and Wholesale sales, including approval of capital expenditure decisions that require medium to longer-term investments.

Job Requirements
Qualifications requirements:
Essential: A minimum of 5 years’ experience in supervisory and managerial positions gained in field sales in different customers segments (Retail or B2B sales), preferably in the oil industry.
Desirable - At least 2 years’ experience in middle management and higher positions in the private sector
Essential: BA or BSC degree in Management /Marketing/Economics/Business Administration or Mechanical Engineering.
Desirable: Master’s in business administration or marketing related field.
Language Requirements (Essential):
Essential: Outstanding communication and influencing skills, both in writing and speaking in English and Amharic languages.
Desirable: Knowledge of other international languages is a plus.
