Job Description

Under the supervision of the Area  manager the job holder undertakes all volunteers and governance recruitment, development and engagement functions and handling office afdfairs and administaration functions of the AO. S/He shall maintain volunteers data base, engage volunteers and handle administration functions of the AO., screening telephone calls, answers correspondences, file incoming and outgoing letters, fax messages, type large volume of work with speed and accuracy, pro-choice.   She/He is responsible for HR data management at the AO and secure confidentially, vacancy advertisement, collection of CVs, and handover to FAH. She/He will take management meeting minutes and take care of management minutes where necessary.

Job Requirements

MA/MSC/BA/Diploma/TVET/10+4/in Secretarial Science, Management or Secretarial Science and Office Management 2 Years’ experience for MA/MSc or 4 years for BA, 6 years for diploma direct relevant experience;
