Under the direct supervision of the Lead Strategic Communication & Public Relations, He/she is responsible for the documentation of events, proper maintenance, organization, update and utilization of all relevant documents and reports of FGAE.  Mainly assist the public relations and communication team in documentation and sharing of FGAE’s regular program & leadership practices. 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Plans and organizes the activities to be performed in unit;

• Initiates new initiatives for operation and audio/Video documentation

• Coordinates and works with other units to ensure that the strategic plan/work plan are established, implemented and maintained effectively and efficiently in a cooperative and teamwork spirit;

• Prepares Audio/Video documentation and other publications on all major program and support activities of FGAE;

• Prepare and document of all documents for Program Modalities at SRH and YC and community service provisions;

• Participate on the standardization of IEC/BCC and promotional and communication Materials across the Association level;

• Develop and produce Standard IEC/BCC Materials, Audio, Video-Visual Aids, Models and distributed to service delivery points;

• Standardize IEC materials, posters, logos, billboards, power points presentations, official correspondences (letterheads, envelops, stamps etc.,   and other products and materials production in the Association;

• Prepares write-ups on all successful program, events, and best practices for promoting and  dissemination;

• Supports the preparation of all documents for National Assembly meetings, other delegate visits and meetings;

• Give professional advice on the procurement of IEC materials and services with regard to  print  materials and Audio-visual products;

• Gives technical assistance to Area Offices in IEC/BCC communication materials production , development of educational and materials; and dissemination  activities;

• Perform other duties as instructed by the immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements

Degree/Dip./TVET/10+3// in Audiovisual/Videography/ Information Technology/ICT/ Electronics; or related field and related studies

2 Year for Degree/ 5 Years for Diploma/TVET/10+3)   directly relevant experience on the Areas of documentation and sharing
