We are seeking a talented and driven UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional design skills and a deep understanding of both the IT sector and business needs. This role is crucial in ensuring that our platform delivers an outstanding user experience by translating business objectives and customer needs into intuitive, visually compelling designs. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Lead the design process from conceptualization to final implementation for web and mobile platforms. 

• Conduct user research to gather insights, identify pain points, and understand user needs. 

• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate design ideas. 

• Develop high-fidelity prototypes and interactive mockups using tools such as Figma or Adobe XD. 

• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure designs align with business goals and technical constraints. 

• Design and maintain a consistent visual language, including creating and managing design systems, UI kits, and style guides. 

• Test and iterate designs based on usability testing, user feedback, and analytics data. 

• Ensure all designs are responsive, accessible, and user-friendly across devices and platforms. 

• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design standards.

Job Requirements

• Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering and in other related disciplines. 

• Work Experience: 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with expertise in both web and mobile design. 

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator), and Sketch. 

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design. 

• Proven ability to create pixel-perfect, visually appealing, and functional UI/UX designs. 

• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to inform design decisions. 

• Solid understanding of development workflows and familiarity with front-end frameworks. 

• Strong portfolio showcasing design projects that demonstrate strategic thinking, user-focused problem-solving, and excellent visual design skills. 

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. 

• Detail-oriented and capable of working independently on multiple projects under tight deadlines.
