Job Description
Formulate and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business objectives. Define the brand’s positioning, key messaging, and target audience to create a unique market presence.
Ensure the brand’s visual and verbal identity is consistent and impactful across all marketing materials, including advertisements, packaging, websites, and social media platforms.
Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns that reinforce the brand’s image and drive brand awareness. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling and innovative campaigns.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, consumer preferences, and opportunities for brand growth. Utilize data to make informed decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
Work closely with other departments such as product development, sales, and customer service to integrate the brand strategy into all aspects of the business.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to brand performance, such as brand awareness, customer perception, and brand equity. Utilize insights to optimize brand strategies and campaigns.
Manage the brand budget effectively, allocating resources strategically to achieve brand goals and objectives.
Conduct brand training sessions for employees, partners, and stakeholders to ensure consistent brand representation and understanding.
Also performs related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Education and Experience: Marketing, Business Management Degree with 3 years of experience
Strong understanding of operations management principles and techniques, including supply and distribution processes, as well as the ability to identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans to achieve the organization’s operational goals and objectives including identifying opportunities for growth and expansion, as well as developing strategies to overcome challenges and obstacles.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders.
Strong understanding of technology and ability to leverage technology to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness including identifying opportunities to automate processes, implement new technologies, and improve data management.
