The manager, under the overall leadership of the general manager, Yetem Trading plc, is responsible, for the overall leadership, management and supervision of the human resources management and general service initiatives of Yetem Trading plc.
Job Title: Manager, Human Resource Management and G\Service

Duties and Responsibilities:
Organizing, planning and controlling all over activities of the Human Resource Management and General Service of the company, Extensive Knowledge and experience in preparing Human Resource Management Manuals, Systems, Policies, and standards,
Oversee the daily operations of the Human Resource and G\ Service department, including budgeting and planning, Well knowledge about Ethiopian labor low Proclamation,
Proven interpersonal communication skills, Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams, Accept other tasks arranged by the leadership.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource management, Management, Business Administration or related fields.
• Good with Leadership
• Excellent language skill at English, Amharic and Afan oromo
• Minimum of eight year's relevant working experience out of which five years in managerial positions preferable in manufacturing.
