Kegna Beverages Share Company is the company which is under formation and working hard to engross in the Beverage Industry of Ethiopia that is incredibly untapped yet and fast growing.
The Company, officially endorsed on 04 March 2017 by the recommendation and promoter Committee selection of the Public Private Partnership Council of the Oromia Regional State. The promoter committee has been in contact since then frequently on the formal establishment of Kegna Beverages and on fulfilling local legal requirements of company formation, finalizing multiple discipline viability tests and studies and ground preparation for the official launching and foreign direct investment search, and approaches.
Kegna Beverages Share Company officially launched on 01 April 2017 at the Oromo Cultural Center at the Presence of higher Oromia Regional State Officials, Bank Representatives, Local Investors, invited Foreign Investors, Invited guests and Medias. The multiple studies which are mostly finalized as of now (Feasibility Study, Civil and Construction works assessment, Geotechnical, hydrology and topography analysis) on the primarily selected site of the production are finalized and ready to show the picture of the investment as of now.
Our vision is Aspiring to become one of the leading beverage companies in Ethiopia and beyond by 2040.
Role Description
Warehouse manager is responsible to closely coordinate daily warehouse activity such as picking, storage, receiving, dispatching, security, maintenance, sanitation, and managing inventory levels, ensuring the efficient delivery of goods, supervising staff, and securing the warehouse. He/she is reports to warehouse and transportation manager.
Reports To:
warehouse and Transportation Manager
Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.
Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assure in quality of goods.
Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
Arrange and plan out warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
Resolve any arising warehouse related problems or complaints
Supervise, coach and train the warehouse staffs
Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets set by the company
Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
Continuously look for improvements of warehouse operations
Working proactively with various departments to realize efficiencies and manage expectations
Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment
Ensuring the safety of staff
Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
Maintaining awareness and knowledge of the condition and location of fleet vehicles
Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees’ performance
Organize and maintain inventory and storage area.
Ensure shipments and inventory transaction accuracy
Determine staffing levels and assign workload.
Interface with supplier/customers to answer questions or solve problems.
Maintain items record, document necessary information, and utilize reports to project warehouse status.
Identify areas of improvement and establish innovatively or adjust existing work procedures and practices.
Confer and coordinate activities with other departments.
Maintain high-level integrity and discipline.
Undertake tasks assigned by the warehouse and quality manager
Education
MA/MSC/BSC /BA/ in Supply Chain Management/ Logistics/ Transportation/Property Management or related fields
Experience
6/8years of experience, with at least 3/4 years of experience in managerial positions
Skills
Ability to do multitask effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and perform duties in a manner that maximizes profits.
