Job Description
To support efficiency and effectiveness of decision-making process by acquiring, caring for, managing, and providing access to processed and organized data.
Supports in maintaining produced and used records of the section.
Supports the collection of produced and processed information regarding activities of the section for maintaining in the data base.
Records formal documents into the database records according to agreed standards.
Conducts manual and electronic documentation for all the activities of the section.
Arranges the response for information enquiries from different units by communication to the documentation supervisor and checking the required authority.
Receives documents sent from users (contracting units) and conduct necessary recording.
Supports in daily information and document monitoring, verify the integrity and availability of required information in the database systems.
Assists in creating Bills of Lading with all accurate shipment details to send to vendors and clients.
Assists in the preparation of all export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading, and export licenses that comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Assists in maintaining accurate records and files of all export documentation and related correspondence.
Performs other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Job Requirements
Qualification and Skills
BA Degree in Business Management, Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
Experien
Zero (0) Experiance .
Skills:
Verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of export regulations and compliance requirements.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Time management skills.
