Boston Partners plc. Would like to hire qualified manpower for the post stated here. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning to ensure the hotel has qualified staff.

  • Promote a positive workplace culture, handle conflicts, and improve employee satisfaction.

  • Implement training programs to enhance employee skills and ensure service quality.

  • Ensure adherence to labour laws, hotel policies, and safety regulations.

  •  Manage employee compensation, benefits, and performance appraisals to maintain motivation and retention.

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS

  • Education: BA degree in Management, human resources management
