Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Development Project Assistant to support our team in ensuring smooth execution of projects and tasks. The primary focus of the role is follow-up activities, including tracking deadlines, communicating with stakeholders, and maintaining organized project documentation.
Candidates with a background in ERP development and experience using .NET technologies will have an added advantage, as the role involves working closely with development teams.
Key Responsibilities
Follow up on project tasks, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
Collaborate with the ERP development team to track project progress and updates.
Assist in preparing and organizing project documentation, reports, and presentations.
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gather information or resolve queries.
Maintain accurate records of project activities, ensuring proper documentation and accessibility.
Provide general administrative and organizational support to the Development Department.
Job Requirement
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Technical Experience:
Familiarity with ERP systems and development processes.
Hands-on experience in .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).
Knowledge of databases, particularly MSSQL, is a plus.
Skills:
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in project management softwares.
Additional Considerations
Candidates with previous experience in ERP development or working in a .NET development environment are highly preferred.
Knowledge of software development lifecycles and ERP implementation processes will be a significant asset.
