Job Description

The officer, under the overall leadership of the Manager, Procurement & Property Administration Services, and guidance of Senior Warehouse officer, is responsible for the operational duties of the team like preparing warehouse reports, gathering warehouse data, and following up the implementation of warehousing standards throughout the company.

Job Requirement

  • Educational requirements: BSc /BA/ Diploma/ Level 4 in Supply Chain Management/ Property Management.

  • Relevant work experience: 2/4 years’ experience in designing and processing effective Supply (warehouse) system in large entities with trading, agricultural, and transport sector involvement is advantageous. Extensive knowledge and experience in preparing Supply (warehouse) manuals, systems, policies and standards is a benefit.

Desired training: Procurement management tools like ERP, MRP, MPS, etc.

Duty station: All the positions are based in Addis Ababa. Occasional travel may be required.
