Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Human Resource and Administration Director to lead our HR and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the company's vision and business objectives.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
Develop training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and compensation structures.
Supervise the administration department, ensuring efficient office operations.
Provide strategic HR guidance to senior management.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR and administrative leadership experience, preferably in Manufacturing, trading, and real-estate.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in organizational development and change management.
