Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Microbiology, Food Science, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Perform routine microbiological tests on raw materials, in-process samples (wort, fermentation, green beer), and finished products (bottled and keg beer). - Analyze wort, water, and fermentation samples as per the control schedule. - Conduct microbiological tests on packaging materials (e.g., crown corks, bottles), washed bottles, and kegs.
