Kegna Beverages Share Company is the company which is under formation and working hard to engross in the Beverage Industry of Ethiopia that is incredibly untapped yet and fast growing.

The Company, officially endorsed on 04 March 2017 by the recommendation and promoter Committee selection of the Public Private Partnership Council of the Oromia Regional State. The promoter committee has been in contact since then frequently on the formal establishment of Kegna Beverages and on fulfilling local legal requirements of company formation, finalizing multiple discipline viability tests and studies and ground preparation for the official launching and foreign direct investment search, and approaches.

Kegna Beverages Share Company officially launched on 01 April 2017 at the Oromo Cultural Center at the Presence of higher Oromia Regional State Officials, Bank Representatives, Local Investors, invited Foreign Investors, Invited guests and Medias. The multiple studies which are mostly finalized as of now (Feasibility Study, Civil and Construction works assessment, Geotechnical, hydrology and topography analysis) on the primarily selected site of the production are finalized and ready to show the picture of the investment as of now.

The Network & Infrastructure Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a secure, scalable, and high-performance IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and cloud solutions. The role ensures that the company’s IT infrastructure supports business operations efficiently while maintaining security, reliability, and compliance

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-wide networks, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPNs, and SD-WAN solutions.

• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize network efficiency.

• Implement and manage security solutions such as firewalls (e.g., Fortinet, Cisco), intrusion detection/prevention systems, and endpoint security.

• Enforce cybersecurity best practices, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

• Conduct regular network security assessments and penetration testing.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation of technical procedures and configurations.

• Manage servers, storage, virtualization, VMware, Hyper-V), and cloud-based infrastructure.

• Oversee Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and other core network services.

• Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions.

• Ensure high availability and business continuity planning.

• Lead a team of network engineers and system administrators.

• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.

• Provide technical guidance and support for IT projects, including ERP, CRM, and other enterprise applications.

• Manage relationships with IT vendors, service providers, and consultants.

• Evaluate and procure hardware, software, and networking equipment.

• Develop and manage the IT infrastructure budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and other regulatory requirements.

• Maintain detailed documentation of IT infrastructure, configurations, and change management processes.

Job Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, MIS, or a related field.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and network management.

• Proven experience in managing enterprise networks, firewalls, and cloud-based solutions

Relevant certifications:

• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)

• VMware Certified Professional (VCP)

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator

• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

• ITIL Foundation Certification

Work Environment:

• Office-based environment with some flexibility for remote work.

• May require occasional out-of-hours support for critical issues or IT maintenance tasks.

Skills

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, Routing, Switching, Wi-Fi).

• Hands-on experience with firewalls (e.g., Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto).

• Expertise in virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).

• Knowledge of IT security best practices, including SIEM, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security.

• Familiarity with enterprise backup solutions such as Veeam, Comm Vault.
