Job Description
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for the full-cycle of Human Resources function. She/He is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. This position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
Partners with management to align Human Resources strategy to business strategy
Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding processes to ensure the organization has the right talent.
Ensure compliance with Labour laws, regulations, and industry standards, while mitigating HR-related risks.
Writing and revising HR policies to ensure alignment with company strategies
Manage the recruitment process to ensure that Kubik attracts and retains top talent.
Develop and manage compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
Work with management to create a positive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction
Oversee learning and development programs.
Provide guidance on staff performance management processes, including performance planning, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.
Ensure timely documentation and analysis of performance evaluations.
Collaborate with finance and payroll responsible people to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
Address employee concerns and facilitate conflict resolution, ensuring a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
Bachler's Degree or Masters Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Demonstrated experience in local labor and employment laws and legal resources.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with all employees and stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and learning & development
Experience:
5+ years of proven experience as an HR Business partner or similar role
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices and regulations
