Get-As International PLC is a renowned and premier supplier of goods and services. It involved in Business Trading (Import wholesale distribution of goods) and, Transportation ( vehicles and provision of services ) and Real Estate Development. It is looking to hire qualified & competent professionals to fill the following vacant position.
JOB SUMMARY
National Sales Manager will lead and oversee our sales operations across multiple business verticals, including cement distribution, ceramic distribution and paint distribution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets across all regions. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of distribution networks and sales management. NSM will lead a team of Sales Supervisors and Report’s to the Group Commercial Director (Direct), the role holder will be responsible.
Develop and implement comprehensive national sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across all business verticals.
Identify new market opportunities and create actionable plans to expand the company’s market share.
Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a nationwide sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities.
Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes, and adapt sales strategies accordingly,
Daily, weekly, monthly and others sales performance report,
Other: Carry out other tasks and related duties not specified in the above responsibilities, as assigned by the line manager.
The Successful Applicant will have; -
Degree in Any Social Science fields desired,
5-7 Years’ experience as a Sales Manager or Similar roles,
Construction, particularly cement distribution experience is a must.
