Job Description
responsible for managing customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely processing, and coordinating with internal departments to meet customer requirements. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently within the required timelines.
Verify order details, including pricing, product availability, and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Monitor order status and proactively communicate with customers regarding order updates, delays, or issues.
Maintain accurate records of all orders and transactions in the system.
Handle order-related inquiries, discrepancies, and complaints professionally.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Assist in process improvement initiatives related to order management and fulfillment.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree.
Proven experience in order processing, sales support, or customer service.
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
